AI consulting, from assessment to daily operation
We help businesses in Hawaii decide which tasks AI can take on, build the tools in small steps, and run them with a person reviewing the results.
What we build
We focus on the types of work that we already run in our own operations:
- Reading invoices, receipts and application forms into spreadsheets or accounting software
- Summaries and draft replies for inquiries and messages, approved by a person before sending
- Articles, social media posts and product descriptions, with translation between Japanese and English
- Transcripts and subtitles for meetings, interviews and videos
- Weekly and monthly reports on sales, bookings and search performance
- AI that runs on your own computers, for information that should not leave the office
How an engagement works
Each stage can be arranged on its own. We recommend beginning with an assessment.
- 01 Assessment We review your current workflows, list the tasks involved and judge which of them AI can take on. You receive a report with priorities and the expected effect of each.
- 02 Development We begin with the one or two tasks that will have the greatest effect, build the tools, and provide written procedures for your staff.
- 03 Operation and training We review the results each month, maintain the tools and train your staff, including guidelines on what information may be entered into AI services.
Based on our own operations
We use AI throughout our own work. Our YouTube videos are turned into articles automatically, incoming social media messages are summarized with a draft reply for a staff member to approve, and invoices and payments are reconciled with AI assistance. We recommend approaches that we have already run in practice.
One team from development to maintenance
Because we also develop websites and software, the tools we build are maintained by the same team after launch. Output in Japanese and English is checked by people who work in both languages.
Limits we keep
Setting these limits at the outset keeps each tool dependable:
- We do not promise full automation. A person reviews anything that reaches a customer or involves money.
- We do not use AI to make tax, legal or medical decisions.
- We do not guarantee complete accuracy. Each tool is designed so that errors are easy to notice.
- We do not develop new AI models from scratch.
- We do not send your data to external AI services without your consent.

- Do we need to replace the software we use now?
- In most cases, no. We begin with the tools you already use, such as email and spreadsheets, and add automation around them.
- Where should we start?
- With one task that is repetitive and easy to check, such as entering data from documents. The results of a small first project make it easier to decide what to automate next.
- Can you build a chatbot that answers questions from our own documents?
- We consider this case by case, after reviewing the documents involved and how the answers will be checked before they reach customers.
